Praying for Vocations with Saint Martin de Porres

One of the most effective ways to support vocations is by praying for those who are discerning the priesthood or religious life. It is essential to pray not only for the vocations to come, but also for those who have answered the call. As a parish, and as Catholics, we are called to intercede for our priests, religious brothers, sisters, and all who have consecrated their lives to the Lord. It is a great work of mercy to pray for the young generations of Catholics who are discerning their vocation. We began a Vocations Prayer Program in our parish through the intercession of Saint Martin de Porres, sponsored by our parish Vocations Committee and the Serra Club.
